Please read these terms carefully before using PDA Games websites and products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of games and related services (“Service”) developed and published by IP Pletnev Denis Alekseevich, Armenia (“Developer”, “we”, “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using any of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Scope of the Service

The Service includes games published by the Developer on various platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Android
  • iOS
  • PC
  • Web / WebGL
  • Console platforms

Features, availability, and functionality may vary depending on the platform, device, and version of the Service.

3. License to Use

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Service;
  • use the Service for commercial purposes without permission;
  • exploit bugs or abuse in-game systems.

4. Virtual Items, Purchases, and Promo Codes

4.1 Virtual Items

All virtual items, in-game currency, bonuses, or unlocks are provided for use within the Service and do not have real-world monetary value.

The Developer may adjust, rebalance, modify, or remove virtual items as part of normal game updates or improvements.

4.2 In-App Purchases

Where available, in-app purchases are processed by the respective platform provider (such as Google Play, Apple App Store, or other platforms).

Payments, refunds, and transaction handling are subject to the rules and policies of the platform on which the purchase was made. The Developer does not process payments directly and does not have access to users’ payment information.

4.3 Purchase Restoration

If supported by the platform, users may restore eligible purchases using platform-provided restoration mechanisms.

The Developer cannot guarantee restoration in cases including, but not limited to:

  • platform limitations or changes;
  • account changes;
  • device replacement;
  • data loss beyond the Developer’s reasonable control.

4.4 Promo Codes and Gifts

Promo codes and gifts are provided on an “as available” basis and may be limited, expire, or be revoked. They are not guaranteed to be recoverable if lost, deleted, or misused.

The Developer is not responsible for exchanges, transfers, or agreements between users involving promo codes or gifts.

5. Data Storage and Game Progress

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Service does not provide guaranteed cloud-based data storage.

Game progress may be stored locally on the user’s device or via platform-provided services where available.

The Developer cannot guarantee preservation of progress in cases such as app reinstallation, device changes, system updates, or data corruption.

6. Compatibility and Updates

The Developer makes reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation on all future devices or platform versions.

7. External Services and Communities

The Service may include links to external platforms or communities. These platforms operate independently and are governed by their own policies.

The Developer is not responsible for third-party content, user interactions, or actions taken outside the Service.

8. Modifications to the Service

The Developer may update, modify, rebalance, or discontinue the Service or parts of it at any time without obligation to preserve specific features or content.

9. Suspension and Termination

Access to the Service may be suspended or terminated if a user violates these Terms or engages in actions that harm the Service or other users.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of progress or virtual items.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
